Le guide des établissements et des associations gays et lesbiens de La Valette
Where history and design meet to offer you a welcoming home in a beautiful 16th century townhouse from which to explore the island of Malta. On our FB page we shall keep you posted with things to do while staying here. The town of Vittoriosa is both a historically significant town as well as anthropologically fascinating. Before the arrival of the Knights, Vittoriosa already attracted those who controlled the shipping lanes in the Middle Sea. Its Castle of St Angelo dominated the harbour in ancient times but already the Pheonicians are said to have built a temple to Astarte before 550BC.

Our journey: Colours, smells, tastes, sounds and textures are all perceived by our senses, and as individuals we all perceive them differently, even within a common space and time frame. Our perceptions usually govern our emotions, and our emotions move us to act or react. At Monaliza we act and react with passion to everything and everyone. Our Motto is The Art of Diversity. It's reflected in our menus, service, location and decor. Our claim to be diverse is not a publicity stunt, but we are diverse by Celebrating Diversity.

Valletta G-House is a little private town house for two within the walls of Valletta, Malta capital and also a Unesco World Heritage City. This graceful 16th century pied-à-terre is one of the last remaining architectural jewels in the 450 year old city. It’s been furnished with comfort in mind, taking care to respect its original character and history. If you’re looking for a self-catering holiday rental with outstanding character, that reflects the country’s history, heritage and culture in both architecture and furnishings, you will love the Valletta G-House. The house and its particular location in Valletta, offers an undiluted experience of the Maltese traditional way of life - a boutique rental in a typical Valletta street where neighbours still lower their baskets for the bread man and the grocer knows your name. Its location, close to the recently restored historic Fort St Elmo, is within walking distance from theatres, museums, restaurants, cafes and shops in the centre of the city. It also benefits from its close proximity to the hub of Malta’s public transport. This pioneering self-catering holiday pad has been featured for its beauty in interior design magazines and voted travel writer’s choice by both Guardian Travel and by the Lonely Planet Guide

LGBTI+ Gozo was formed in May 2015, for the purpose of promoting and raising awareness regarding the LGBTI+ community and issues affecting it, together with organizing events aimed that include all LGBTI+ peers and supporters. This NGO was created after various LGBTI youths came up with the idea of holding regular socials event for LGBTI+ youth in Gozo. As a new NGO various events are being planned, in collaboration with different stakeholders. These include regular social events, awareness campaigns and informational meetings. LGBTI+ Gozo wishes not only to give understanding to LGBTI peers but also to build a community and a safe space where one can express his ideas without the fear of being judged.
