AWOL - Sessions with BJ (SOLD OUT)

Eagle Leather and Down An’ Dirty present ‘Sessions with BJ’ for A Week of Leather and Fetish at The Laird.

Now in its sixth year, Sessions will once again see The Lairds’ Back Bar area converted into an intimate space worthy of a kinky master class.

You can do one or both sessions but be sure to get in early – these events generally sell out.

BJ is an accomplished BDSM top with a full time passion for everything that is BDSM and fetish. Through his career at Eagle Leather, he has focused on education and established himself as one of the main presenters at Eagle Leather's workshops and seminars for over 15 years.

His cool and calm presentation style has won him many fans, as well as coveted awards such as "Australia's Best Sex Educator" and “Australia’s Best BDSM Master” at the Eros Shine Awards.

The guys from Down An’ Dirty will be on hand to answer any questions relating to safer kink and BDSM play including bondage, fisting, electro-play and more. Also on hand will be GP George Forgan-Smith to tackle any medical and safety concerns.

100% of funds raised from both sessions will be donated to Transgender Victoria, the leading body for trans and gender diverse advocacy, training, and resource development in Victoria.

SESSION 1 – INTRODUCTION TO ELECTRIC SEX

6pm-8pm. $10. Level: All

Hosted by BJ, this seminar will provide participants with an awareness and understanding of electro sex toys, their basic principles, how to administer them, and how to safely enjoy their pleasurable sensations!

BJ has fifteen years' experience in retailing and using electro sex products; giving him a unique understanding of the pros and cons of various units and toys, both through his own testing and customer feedback from users of all experience levels.

Many people interested in getting into electro sex find the variety of choices in brands, toys and configurations daunting. BJ seeks to remove this barrier by educating attendees on all the popular brands plus the different types of toys available to help attendees consider what is best for them and their experience level.

This class will also feature a live demonstration and will give participants a limited opportunity to experience the effects of electro sex toys for themselves. This class is perfect for the beginner or intermediate user.

During the safety component of this workshop, BJ will team up with Dr. George Forgan-Smith, offering you a rare opportunity to ask a medical expert some of your questions relating to the safety implications and risk analysis of your electro play scenarios.

BOOKING: This seminar/workshop is limited to 25 people, bookings are required. Upon ticket purchase, your name will be added to the list of attendees and marked off on the night. Tickets will not be sent out in the mail. This class will run for approximately 1.5/2 hours.

SESSION 2 – IMPACT PLAY

8.30pm-10.30pm. $10. Level: All

Basics: Impact play can include spanking, flogging, caning, paddling, strapping or any other device you choose to use as impact equipment. By the end of this class you should be able to comfortably handle impact equipment to successfully play out your fantasies.

More: Impact play is about far more than punishment, and as such, those interested in impact play come with many different reasons in mind. It can be a tool for such a variety of experiences – including as an ordeal, for an endorphin high, for a bonding experience, or as a ritualistic encounter. Impact play can signify devotion, or can be simply to achieve orgasm. It can be for one or more of these reasons.
